Has My Chip Gone Bad On Me

I have a 2002 F250 7.3.

Installed is a Superchip Gold bar..probably 9 years old,80hp, 100lbs additional torque.
Today as I drove away there was no power as in having a chip, it felt stock with about 10lbs of boost. It runs great just feels stock now. Can these chips just die like this with no warning? or could it be something else causing this.

Help towing season is upon us.

Thanks

2002 F250 7.3 PSD Crew Cab.
4" Borla exhaust with 5" tip
Airaid intake
BullyDog 6 Position 4 Bank Chip
AutoMeter Pyro & Boost on pilar

Nothing better than seeing the look on the face of the kid driving the Mustang thru my rear view mirror.
Dang I just got creamed by a truck

It's possible that the chip died but the first thing I would do is pull it and clean the connections again.

Thanks for the reply.

Pulled the computer out and pulled chip. Cleaned contacts and put back together.
Same thing, seems like I'm running stock with my boost not getting over 8lbs. Runs smooth no weird sounds and engine sounds normal....Stumped.

Sounds like the chip died then. Only other thing I can think of is run the truck without the chip just to make sure it acts the same as with the failed chip. That way you can rule out a issue with the truck. Then start looking for a new chip; DP, TW, PHP are some of the better ones that people run.
