1999 F250

Hi all,
I am new to this sight and new to diesel trucks as well. I have been looking to buy a 7.3 powerstroke for awhile now and found one that I think I want. It is a 1999 F250 with 68000 miles on it, but has a couple problems. One is that the flywheel is missing a couple teeth. My question is how big of a problem is this going to be and how big of a hassle is it going to be to fix if need be. It also says that the ebpv valve leaks a small. Doesn't sound like to big of a deal but like I said I'm new to this stuff.

how has he lost teeth off the flywheel in only 68,000 miles? That would concern me. But, for 68,000 that's not a lot. Post some pics nd more info

Is it early or late 99. I'm happy with my l99. But yearning for a 6.0 or 6.4...
