The 1316 isn't really a diagnostic code though....
The IDM sets that code to tell you that it needs to do a Buzz Test to further resolve a specific trouble. To go further, you need to let the IDM do it's job and have a buzz test run on it.
If you've replaced the UVCH connections, the next place I would suspect would the wires going to those connectors (especially where they go over the Valve Covers) or the IDM itself (which often gets water inside and the corrosion starts and causes the same thing)
