3/99 Late or Early build 7.3?

Just bought a truck and am unsure if its early or late 99.. i think its late but it has the "powerstroke V8" emblems on the front fenders AND the powerstroke emblems on the doors which throws me off. Like i said the build date on both the truck and engine is march 99

As stated, the engine should be a L99. You can confirm this by checking to see if it has an AIH on the intake spyder.
