Light coating of oil all over engine compartment
Whata is causing the oil to be everywhere. its like a misting of oil on all the things in the compartment??

You sure its oil and not fuel? If it is definitely oil then I would start by checking the HPOP lines and the high pressure oil plugs in the heads. If it is fuel I’d check the drain valve O-rings.
