Axle?????

What is a good axle to replace my front axle with. I currently have a Dana 50

Dana 60 would be the best option.

Dana 60 I belive the only differance is the dana 60 has a bigger ring gear

Is the front axel out of an F350 a direct bolt in swap for the F250? I have been wanting to do this my self.

yea but on the superduty dana 60 are only dually version you will need to change out the hubs to srw.......on obs there were srw f350 with a dana 60

On the OBS trucks, you do not have to change the hubs. You just remove the wheel spacer and put studs in the rotor. I think SD's are the same, but not positive.

i have a SRW truck with a dana 60 front end... i forget what year they started putting dana 60's in all SRW applications....

That's what I was thinking. The excursions kept the dana 50's though.
