shoul, or shouldnt get 16.5 rims

Ok ive been lookin for some used 35 or 37 inch tires and they are either bigger rim or a 16.5 and ive had a dozen people tell me i dont what 16.5 inch rims. I have a guys that is goin to give me them. Should i get them with tires or should i stay away from them?

there is not as good tire selection with 16.5 but there are some good tires out there..You can go to military surplus and get hummer tires they are 37x12.5x16.5

I have a set of turbine rims that are 16.5 x 10 and I have mounted a set of 33x12.5 mud-terrain's on them. I have no complaints. They work just fine but yes I agree finding tires is a chore sometimes. Summit Racing carries mine for around $750 a set when it's al said and done.

Il just have to get a couple sets of tires when i get them so i always have them around if i need them. The guys said that they were hurricane wheels. Does anyone know what they look like?

ive got 16.5 rims. problem is I want new rims. and they reallydont make rims that size anymore. so i need tire to complent the rims...
