new code

i have my airbag light on. its the PAD lamp inop. what does this mean, and how do i fix it? i tried clearing the code but it just comes right back. i think its the passenger airbag disable lamp??? are these known for going out? any help would be greatly appreciated. my truck is up for state inspection at the end of this month and it will fail for the airbag light.

huh? PAD lamp what? if that light is on it means the sensor on the truck frame might be bad...or it could be the passenger side switch ohm it out so check it, sorry I cant help more mine's a E99 didn't have that

What this nation needs is cleaner thoughts and dirtier fingernails...

i think my light bulb for the indicator to turn the passenger airbag on and off is burnt out. any idea where i can get a replacement bulb? any part numbers?
