Need Edge Evolution Help

Hey guys I installed an Edge Evolution tonight in my truck (2000 F-350)followed the instructions to the tee it was easy but when it came time to turn on the keyswitch and let it program itself I recieve no power to the display it won't turn on. So before I call their tech support tommorow I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem with theirs?

check your fuse

it will be the same one as the cigarette lighter one... does it light up before? or none at all?

sounds like a fuse, should be a 25 amp
