New to Diesel and need help for MPG's

Hello All,
Just joined the diesel club about 1 year ago when I purchased my F-350. Love my truck, but the MPG's are killing me. I've done some mods, but they are not really helping. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Let me tell you about my truck.

2000 F-350 Crew Cab Dually
26000 miles (guy I bought it from never drove it)
automatic (which sucks, but for the deal, I couldn't pass it up)
I added K&N Cold Air Intake
MagnaFlow Stainless full 4in exhaust with 5in tip
Edge Programmer (Evolution w/ dash mount and gauges. The newer model)

I get approx: 13 mpg's all around driving, and 15-16 highway, pull my trailer and it drops to 11

I have the tuner set on the lowest program, and it seems about the same as running stock. Program 2, it's hard to stay out of the throttle.

I run Schaeffers Fuel addative (which gave me 1 city, and 2-3 hwy mpg's better than Lucas)

Now my edge says I can create a custom program, has anyone done this? Any ideas on what else I can do to get better. I hear stories of of people getting 20+ in their trucks. All and any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to Powerstroke.org! Well considering its a crew cab dually I don't think you all that far off on mileage. You won't ever see 20. You might consider a chip from DP tuner or tony wildman with an econo tune that might help out some.
