just blew a turbo, what kind should i get?

i just blew a turbo apparently, had white smoke and oil pouring out of my exhuast this morning. truck only has 160000, and the turbo is shot, just put in a wicked wheel last week, not sure if thats why. but what i really need to know is what kind of turbo to get, whats the best one for power and money? my friend gets 40% off too.

GTP38R

I would go with the Garrett GTP 38R. It's a ball bearing turbo.... Pretty much an OEM turbo but with out the turbo lag of the stock.

38r seems to be what most people go to, pretty safe bet in my opinion.
