i am going to rebuild my 02 powerstroke turbo. my plan is to go with an ats compressor housing, but i was wondering about adding a 1.0 wastegated exhaust housing but keeping ebpv becuase of the homemade exhaust brake. will there be an improvement in performance? i also dont want to increase any lag time but would like more top end power. i have an afe stage 2, 4 inch straight exhaust, edge evoultion, ez edge, and a map fooler. any suggestions?
thanks shane |

Overall performance will increase but you will have lag with a 1.0 turbine housing.
Ditch the edge stuff, too generic. A good PSD tuner, like TW or Jody, can tune for a larger housing or wheels by changing tip in for faster spool up. |

^^ Couldn't have said it better myself.
Edge if you just want more power and smoke... Custom tune if you want the most power and best driveability. |

Run away from it, basically generic stuff with a little tweaking available. It can only get to about 30% of the fields that a TW, DI, DP nor Elite chip can.
