I did a shackle flip on my obs with the stock shackles it gave me about 2 inches of lift. im not sure if you can do it to a superduty or not? I just torched the revvets off flipped the brackes over and rebolted them to the frame with grade 8 1/2 inch bolts. I had to drill the holles a little bigger but it was def worth it.

There is no shackle lifts for the rear. You have a choice either replace the leaf springs, add a leaf, rearch your springs, or add blocks.
