I know the turbo on my 04 was a bear to get dislodged. The rear bolt was the worst to remove, kinda buried in there. Other than that, mine was kind of held in place by the turbo down pipe which I had to loosen at the clamp under the truck and pull it away from the exhaust side of the turbo before it would come out. the oil drain tube o-rings get sticky too and will require some wiggling to get out. Its a pain in the butt if it hasnt been removed in a while but stick at it, it'll come!

the v band clamp holding the turbo to the up-pipes could be just stuck in place.
try and pry it off with a flat bladed screw driver.

and penetrating oil can be your best friend =)
some aerokroil or something like that

i used a real small punch and a real small hammer to get that back clamp to break free on mine.
