F250 long crank problem

I'm 16 years old. Starting off in a 1999 F250 with the 7.3. It only has 109,000 miles, which isnt bad for a diesel! I really like the truck, its an ext. cab, so perfect size for me. I am on spring break and I'm spending it at home upgrading the truck. But, this truck has been in the family for a long time and I have noticed that it is taking longer to fire up. Battery is good, I am wondering if it needs new injectors or a new starter? I am wondering what needs to be replaced, if you can help me it would be much appreciated.

Check the GPR before you throw any serious time or money at it.
