Will this create a problem ??

I have a stock 7.3 6spd. with a TS6 pos. and was going to install a 4" down pipe and step up to 5" on out the back of the truck. Will this cause any problems. I have a stock turbo, what effect will this have on it if any?

only effect is the noise...in my book.
