2002 E-350 swap from 5.4 to a 7.3
Has anyone done this before? Is it possible? What modifications need to be done to cram that fat girl under the hood? This is just an option for me, blown up 5.4 on the work truck and it needs something ASAP any other ideas will be greatly appreciated, thanks for your help!!!
