00 7.3 changed fuel filter wont crank!!!

I changed my fuel filter today and it started and ran fine for about 5 min then started running rough. I shut it off and double checked a few things and now when I try to start it it acts like the pistons are full of fuel and will barely turn over!!!!! I have no idea????
