Insurance gave the go ahead

Hey guys i got the go ahead to take the stormtrooper to the shop. What i need to know is

-Where is the cheapest place to get bushwacker cutouts, just the fronts.
-Where to get the cheapest OEM harley lights
-Which is better protection-wise line-x or rhino liner to repaint my ranch hand

Line-X for the bumper. I think Rhino fades a LOT faster. It seems to peel easier too.
