Dunb question?

When I start my truck on a cold morning, I have noticed that it idles a little high right of the bat (about 750). then after a couple of minutes, it will kick up to about 1100 rpm. Is this normal for my stock 02'? The only reason I ask is because I plan on getting a Wildman chip, and I notice that it is available with a high idle file.
I guess I'm basically wondering if my stock computer is doing this, or maybe is has some type of aftermarket chip, or download in it???

It is doing exactly what it is suppose to do. Nothing wrong at all. The high idle will keep the idle at a set level where with the stock programming it will kick back down once engine is up to temp.
