Question Trans Cooler

I was wondering if all Powerstrokes have a external trans cooler, mine seems to be built into the raditor, or am i just looking at it wrong, i got a 03 7.3L and i was just curious

i know my 6.0 is built in the radiator as well

my 01 f350 had only the radiator then i had the shop add an external one inline after they rebuilt my tranny.

yes you do... i have an 03 7.3l and it has one... i added a second one too

they run fluid threw the radiator but they have the external one also.

Yes you have one and the first thing I would do is to upgrade to a cooler from a sick-ohhhh.

trans cooler

My 99 7.3 has a line to the radiator.Think en about putting a real one in.After hearing all the tranny replacements in hear,it will happen.My silverado has over 450 k miles and a trans cooler.I changed the trans filter in 2000.SPD gets one in the spring.

Look on Ebay they usually go for 75-120 bucks some go higher than that just watch a couple diff ones.
