2000 to 2002 drive line swap

I am going to be doing a drive line, front end and box swap from my 2000 4X4 onto my 2002. The reason, because I now have two children and four big doors work far better!

My 2000 is a cab and a half its has 100,000 miles.

My 2002 is a CC with 240,000 miles. It's a retired work truck, the cab is mint and so it the frame.

The following is what I will be modding.

I will be fabbing a four link for the front axel swap.

The 00 has power windows and mirrors the 02 does not. I will be doing a front door swap and later I will source power window motors for the rear.

Now here is where I need the help.

Does anyone know the differences between the cab and engine harnesses from 00 to 02.

Any help or coments are appericated

whatcha gonna do with what's left of the ext cab truck? Where are ya? If you're gonna part it out, I'd be interested in the back 1/2 doors, and maybe the cab/frame parts left over.

I will be parting out the rest of the truck.
I am located in Ontario Canada. I am always up for a road trip.

At that distance you would want more to deliver than would be worth it...

I think you would be time and money ahead if you just sold both trucks and bought one instead....

Time ahead for sure. Money I don't think so.

The 00 has the following mods.
AFE intake.
ATS turbo.
BTS trans
BTS chip
MBRP exaust
Coolent filter
Mean Green starter
Thermostat fix
Ford service truck package
Boost, trans temp and EGT gauges
Sterio system
8" lift
aftermarket hubs
8 piston front calipers from SSBC
and the list goes on.

The orginal owner would not even drive the truck in the rain.

If the truck didn't have this work done I would sell and buy a CC.
I should only be out of pocket $3,000.00 once I part the other truck.
Guess we will find out.
