Small Maintenance items?

So the last few months i have been fighting many small issues like poor fuel mileage and low power, alternator going out, ball joints going bad, power steering pump leaking, basically the whole nine yards. So now that im in the maintenance mood ive been looking for small things to do to try and regain my power and MPG

So far, i have cleaned my EBP tube and sensor and replaced the ICP sensor(oil was leaking through it.) Is there any other things that can be done to help reclaim MPG and power like it used to have? Only 180K on the truck, fresh oil/filter

how many miles on fuel and air filters? alot of contraversy but i liked my frx from riffraff

I change Fuel and clean air filter every other oil change, they were just done recently. I havent seen much of the controversy of the FRX but that was somethin i was considering when the money shows.. lol

I know that i have heard things about cleaning fpr screens on the 94-98 trucks, are there those kinds of things for the 99-03 trucks?
