Backspacing/offset. Will this wheel fit?

I found a set of Ultra Type 164 wheels size 16x8, 4 1/4 backspacing, -06 offset and of course 8 on 170 pattern.

Will this backspace and offset fit? I'm planning on puting 315's on them and a 2.5 inch leveling kit.

Thanks.

yes 4 1/4 will fit. the newer trucks have 5.5" backspacing stay away from those rims the tires will rub on the spring if you use them.

good luck and by the tires rubbing on the 5.5" backspacing wheels that is only on full lock turns...just wanted to clarify that
