Truck Build/Wiring Harness Questions

In my recent depression after selling my 99 SD I started building a 77 ford, actually just putting an old body on a 99 chassis. It is going well except I don't have the harnesses that connect at the firewall beside the PCM bulkhead. I believe they are Grey, Black and Brown in color and they head inside the cab. I have the harness that runs outside the cab. Thats the background.

I have made a list of wires, critical and not, I will need let me know if you can think of others:

Throttle pedal
Brake Pedal
Tach
Speedo
Oil Pressure Sensor
Wait to Start
Check Engine
Overdrive Light
+Key
-Acc
-Bat
-Run

Now the Question:
Can anyone tell me which harness one of these plugs into outside the cab? If I know which harness plug to look at I may be able to splice in and not have to buy the harnesses. I would buy them but I only need to use 10% of the wires. Also if anyone can point me in the direction of a good wiring diagram showing harness connections.
Any Help is greatly appreciated.

Not sure I can't help on that one. I bet a haynes or chiltons would show some good diagrams.
