I'm new to this diesel thing so.....
what is this cps thing that goes bad on the 7.3's and where do I get one and what am I aking for? Since I'm a new to me owner of an '02 7.3 f250 4x4 it seems to be a good idea to have a spare. Thanks Kelly

It's a camshaft position sensor. I think someone found one on e-bay but not sure... Hopefully one of our vendors will chime in soon and help ya out!

I got my CPS, the proper black one, from www.powerstrokeshop.com for $98. They are a Discount Ford outlet for Fleet Service.. Seemed like good prices for the right gear....  Good Luck .... Lone Ranger in Australia

Hey man welcome to powerstroke.org.
