Brake issues

Had the truck for a few months, 2003 F250 7.3 4x4 143k on it, and been replacing front end stuff nothing major, ball joints, sway bar links. No motor or tranny problems (knock on wood). I love takin care of my truck and makin sure she is always gettin the best. I just want to know if anyone else has had an issue with a spongy brake pedal, press down and comes back up fairly slow and well... spongy. I'm not havin an serious issues at all with the brakes, but would like to know if this is something that should be addressed before it ends up being something major.

you can do a power steering fluid flush. that seemed to help a little on mine. alot of people change out their rubber brake lines to stainless braided.
