Power Steering / Brake Issues

OK, first off... '02 F-350 Dually 7.3l

Problem #1: Brakes are very stiff and having to stand on them.

Problem #2: Power steering not working, feels like I am driving an old B model Mack!

I did see that Ford has lines running from the PS pump to the MC. So I am assuming these problems are affected by the same issue.

I have full levels on both reservoirs. No abnormal noise from PS pump (i know Fords have distinct, annoying whine).

Any ideas?

I did notice when I finally got home, there was some PS fluid that had puked out of the reservoir. But the level is still within range.

A little past history, for the last few months, my steering has been not really loose, but Very easy to turn. As in, a flick of the finger can spin the wheel almost a full turn with too much ease. Kinda hard to explain, but I hope you get the point.

Any and all help is appreciated as I need my truck this weekend.

Thanks!
