what's this worth?

I have a '99 E350 dually van... pictured below. Picture is from about 7 years ago, after a fresh paint job, but it does a better job of discribing what it is.

It has 138K miles, 7.3 PSD, auto trans, 2wd, hand crank windows, no cruise control, with the KUV cutaway body... I've maintained it, but it need glow plugs replaced, and needs tires, the rocker panels are rusted out, and the box bottoms need some paint...

What do y'all think I can get out of it? I paid $11,500 for it in about 2006, when it had 105k miles and less obvious rust. I was hoping to get about $7,500 out of it, how far out of line is that? Seeing superduty trucks with 200K + miles on them going for 10 grand, makes me wonder what a "low mileage" 7.3 powered anything is worth...

Any feed back is welcome, I posted here for the higher traffic, I know this is the wrong area to post as a "for sale" ad... I just want to know from my trusted 7.3 PSD peers what I should ask for. I also realize that it's likely to sell locally, not nationwide.

Those vans really don't bring much money around here... I hope your market is better. Vans with that mileage are asking $5k or so around here.

$5k and probly less rust... for that reason, combined with the 138K on the motor, I've thought of just parting it out, pulling the motor and swapping it with the Excursion, as it has nearly double the miles! As rusty as the rest is, pull the motor, trans, etc, striping it, and junking the rest... wouldn't get the money I need to out of it, but would get the motor! Could then swap the hign mileage motor into my mud truck!

Prefer to sell it, as I closed my company, and need to sell it to pay off some debt.
