Lifted duallys and tire problems
Just wondering if any of you other guys with lifted duallys have problems with your tires? I am running stock 16x6 rims with 35 12.50 16 Nitto Mud Grapplers. I just had to replace the front two tires because the shoulers were starting to split, there is less then 10k miles on them and a ton of tread left. So whats your set up and problems?

You may want to call Nitto and see what they say. Sounds like a problem with the tire and not your truck. I would check the other tires too.

They did help with the price, i only had to pay $160 a tire instead of $308 so that was cool. I just know that i see more and more lifted duallys out there so i was wondering what their set ups were and if they they are happy with um.

The four rear tires are not doing it so far, he did recomend buying a warranty for the rears so if it does happen them im out only the cost of labor and to renew the warranty.

Nitto should give you a new set of fronts if they are breaking down like that after only 10k miles. Sounds like a factory defect to me.

My buddy went through 7 boggers on his single wheel. It was just a tire defect, the side walls would split lke dry rott. He got the tires replaced for free till he finnally got a good set. I wouldn't pay for tires I would pitch a fit till they warranted them out.
