Codes?
When I retrieve DTC's I get codes P0541 and P0640. Can anyone tell me what these are and if they needed to be fixed ASAP or how to clear them?

First, anytime you want to know about a code, just Google "Ford 7.3 PXXXX" (you know, the "X's" are your code
)Next those Both come back to the AIH (something you don't really need anyway). Did you connect a Boost Gauge, in the AIH port, with the adapter plug? If so, that's why. If not, I wouldn't worry about it. But you could see if it's unplugged or it has another wiring issue (I doubt the AIH itself is bad, they're so rarely used..) |

Rog. I still have the sensor hooked up but have a 6637 intake without the intake housing
And no hole drilled for the sensor so it's just tired up away from stuff that could damage it. |

Yea, but, the AIH is an actual Heater Element in the spider and used to control "wet-stacking" during extended idle periods under certain conditions. Many people have removed this element (seen as a, useless, restriction) in order to use that hole for their gauges Boost Sensor.
