turbo id and compressor map help

i just bought this turbo today i am pretty sure it is off of a 99.5-2003 powerstroke, but i'm not positive. it is a garrett with a 1.00 a/r hot side and a 1.15 a/r cool side. it is on a pedestal with what looks like a electronic wastegate, though it may be pressure operated. any help would be appreciated

thx
matt

that's not the wastegate, It's the EBPV (exhaust backpressure valve) The pedistal connector hooks to the PCM to close the valve with an oil pressure piston, blocking the exhaust, making the engine work harder, speeding warm-up. The wastegate rod attaches to the brass-colored lever at the rear on the exhaust (turbine) housing, the actuator pot mounts to the two tabs on the intake (compressor) housing.
