tranny question
when i go into reverse and give it some gas it doesnt start moving until like 13-1500 rpms. then when it gets over that rpms it shudders almost like wheel hop or axle wrap. is this something simple. the tranny was just rebuilt about 4000 miles ago. also when driving occasionally it feels and sounds like i have a flat tire, or like im driving on the trucker wake up grooves on the side of the highway. would this be a wheel bearing or hub? thanks alot

Did your tranny come with a warranty? If it did take it back and have them check it. Does the steering wheel snap out of your hand when it sounds like that. I would check both of the wheel bearings and ball joints.

not sure if it did come with a warranty. it was done before i got the truck. i checked the ball joints by shaking the tire top and bottom and didnt get any play at all. no the steering wheel always has its regular 2" of slop. it doesnt snap my hand at all.
