Most often it has more to do with a leak (especially at the Auto hubs) than the pump. You sure it's producing enough vacuum to work the doors?

How would I determine a vacume leak at the hubs ?
My auto locking hubs don't work so there must b a leak at the hubs ?

A lot of the PSDs dry rot on the hoses just above the hub assembly. Start there and follow them up into the engine compartment
