Looking for DIY MODS

Whats up fellow Powerstrokers!!! Now, I've been looking around and havent found much but probably havent been looking in the right places since I'm a NOOB to the site and all and taking a chance of getting flamed big time, but I thought I would make a thread for the late 99-03 7.3 DIY mods. So guys and girls post what you know for the at home warrior, I'm really intrested to see what the average Joe can do in his own garage.

Start by searching for the Zoodad mod and Do It Yourself (DIY) Intake, using the NAPA/Wix filter. They are very easy starts, but I agree, read the tech files.

Best bets are DIY intake, (30 to 50 bucks, and less than an hour) straight pipe the stock exhaust (free for me, had the pipe and welder in the garage, about 3 hours) and then some gauges, (about 310 bucks with "A" piller pod from summet, took about 4-6 hours, spread out over a week or so). Next is tunes, DP tuner is where I'm gonna go...

Good luck, welcome to the org! Happy New Year!
