Aluminized Oil Pan

Curious if folks could give me an idea of the area of corrosion you see when replacing your oil pans.

We have aluminized a pan recently and had interest enough from local folks that we have filled several orders.

Here is what they look like - note these are unpainted still but have the aluminization completed. Also did our oil cooler on the 02.

Thoughts are appreciated if we are onto something here or not.
