need help with some general mods

I have a 2001 f 250 with 260,000 miles. I would like to do some minor mods to increase horsepower and fuel economy. This is a work truck so I'm not looking to turn it into a race truck. I just would like it to run better and last as long as possible. Any advice and preferred mods and parts would be appreciated.

I modded

I modded my 2004 7.3 for longevity towing - rather than for speed / racing / showing off.

This is the list of Mods.

1. Transmission Deep Alloy Pan
2. Transmission Oil Cooler
3. Transmission Line Filter
4. Engine Bypass sub micron oil filtration.
5. Rare earth Magnets on Main Oil Filter, Bypass Oil Filter & Trans Oil Filter
6. LPG Gas Injection system (43US Gals)
7. Long Range 63 US gal Diesel tanks(2). (~1600 miles range including the LPG)
8. Water Spray System over all 7 radiators / air coolers out front.
9. 55 Gals in 2 stainless steel onboard water tanks.
10. 12 Deckwash pressure pump to supply the water to the misters out front.
11. EGT, Trans Fluid temp and turbo boost gauges.
12. On Board 12V air compressor.
13. Zoodad Mod
14. Front Bar Work.
15. Spotlights
16. 12V Thomas Vacuum Pump break away towing brakes controller

Probably others I've forgotten.

You could do all or non depending what you want to achieve and what you want to spend.

I can post pics and details/explanation of anything interests you just ask.

Cheers.

Start out by making sure the truck is in good mechanical condition. Once you have everything cleared, add an intake, exhaust, and some gauges. The next step after that would be tunes.

We have everything that is listed above available. There are a variety of different options, and I would be happy to help you out with what would work best for your needs. Shoot me a PM or e-mail if you are interested.
