ok. Im not looking to run a trail of coal the entire time i drive (although that would be pretty sweet). I was just lookin for a nice thick cloud at take off but im not even getting that.

So by adding the better injectors = more fuel = more smoke ?

Im going to start up a new thread about the Edge Juice w/ Attitude and see what other people got, both smoke and performance.

I would bet you would get more smoke with real tuning and more power. Edge is generic tuning.

No one with a bog power powerstroke runs edge. They don't make the power that the chips do. If you get bigger injectors then you will need custom tuning to run them. Edge will not run single shot injectors correctly, they are generic.

ok. so am i stuck smokeless?

If you were in my boat...... stuck with the edge, I didnt have much of a choice........ what would you do?

I do understand that the edge is not the highest performing tuning on the market. But how can i make the best of it?

Put it on level 0 and get a TW or DP chip. That way you can use the attitude for the gauges.

ok. i will look into that. i need the money tho.

So less air and more fuel = smoke. So if i have that aFestage 2 that allows more air. would that be why?
