not to hijack a thread but are the door speakers, and rear speakers on a regular cab 5x7 too?

You can go with a 5 1/4" component in the front doors. Should get better performance than the 5x7's.

The speakers are 6"x8". Crutchfield.com is a great place to check stereo sizes but their prices are kind of high. Pioneer "D" series have tight and great overall sound.
