stumped

I've got a problem that I have no idea whats causing it. My ABS light is on,my speedometer doesn't work till I reach 40-45mph,the o/d switch light on my shifter flashes till 65mph then goes out and my cruise control doesn't work till that o/d light stops flashing. My truck is an 2000 PSD 7.3. This is driving me nuts so any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to avoid going to the dealer because they are so beepbeepbeepbeep shadey.

Not funny but it is.... My lil bro's just went out 2 weekends ago.... There is a speedo sensor on the rear-end that needs replaced... at least that was his issue. Something like a $10 part.

Thank Marc, but I must be honest... I have no freaking clue where it is located! Lil bro's isn't replaced yet... he's too busy driving a brand new King Rach!

Oh yah he's back down in Cali again too!
