Window stalls out while going down?

It does it worse when cold than it does when its hot. When you try rolling the window down(drivers side only) it act as if it gets in a bind and stops. I pulled the door panel off and it looks like it is hanging up on the felt rail lining. If you pull back a little on the window (towards the rear of the truck) it will roll down fine. You can actually see the felt move a little as it grabs the felt. Is there a lube I can put on this with out getting it all over the window? Thanks!

Well not sure how long it will last but I took some garage door tract lube and sprayed some of it on the felt/tract. Its a non runny lube and seems to have done the trick. Works great now. Flys up and down now!

I used a good silicone based lubricant to fix the same problem. Going on a month now and still no problem. If I remember correctly it was Liquid Wrench brand.
