Well to be real i miss my gasser i pull a 10 ibs camper. locally. i found a 2004 GMC 8.1 gasser 28,000 miles rare. I might go look at it tomarrow im afraid if i do and its clean it will all be over. Your truck is worth millions if the dealership doesnt give 2.5 million dont do it lol. Yea you really should look at spending $400-$500 for a good tuner to really open her up instead of $16-$20 for a diff truck give her a chance. Plus if you trade youll have to go to the license branch 1 uneeded time I hate the license branch. GIVE HER A CHANCE WITH A TUNER.

That 8.1 will never pay for itself. Besides, you hav a rare truck so to speak. A '99 with under 100k on the OD. You will regret it.
