more problems upper ball joints
Well more problems, took the truck to get the front end aligned and they said the upper ball joints need replacing. I moved the wheels up and down, maybe 1/8" of play maybe a tad more. How bad is this? I don't drive this truck much, just to the dump or during bad weather so I wont get stuck. Truck drives good, does not wander around on the road. I just got through replacing the wheel bearing hub on the drivers side and didn't feel the upper ball joint prob. But i felt it after driving it 25 miles to the align shop. Need opinions please!

Well it's not good. I would def fix them. They will only get worse and there is a lot of weight on them. It will effect your tire wear and other suspension components as well.

Yeap that's not good. Might as well replace the lowers while you're at it.
