I put 411s in my 01 after shattering the limited slip...from373-411 was all I needed it was still lower than stock with 35s on it would be close to the same as37s on if you want to still keep rs low on the road and the psd has enough runt to pull ...

stock gears will be ok for up to 37" tires but you will lose a lot of stop and go MPG because its taking more engine power to get you rolling... you will prob gain some highway miles though.... plus your putting a lot more stress on stock components like your trans.... in my opinion you can do it but why risk it or lose the MPG...

For a SRW truck.
31" x 0.12 = 3.72 (stock is 3.73)
33" x 0.12 = 3.96 not really worth the change to 4.10's...
35" x 0.12 = 4.20 so try 4.10
37" x 0.12 = 4.44 so 4.30's
38" x 0.12 = 4.56 so use 4.56
40" x 0.12 = 4.80 so use 4.88
44" x 0.12 = 5.28 so use 5.13

Take the tire size you desire and multiply it by .12 and then pick the closest gear set available.
