stock gears will be ok for up to 37" tires but you will lose a lot of stop and go MPG because its taking more engine power to get you rolling... you will prob gain some highway miles though.... plus your putting a lot more stress on stock components like your trans.... in my opinion you can do it but why risk it or lose the MPG...

For a SRW truck. 31" x 0.12 = 3.72 (stock is 3.73) 33" x 0.12 = 3.96 not really worth the change to 4.10's... 35" x 0.12 = 4.20 so try 4.10 37" x 0.12 = 4.44 so 4.30's 38" x 0.12 = 4.56 so use 4.56 40" x 0.12 = 4.80 so use 4.88 44" x 0.12 = 5.28 so use 5.13 Take the tire size you desire and multiply it by .12 and then pick the closest gear set available. i have stock 3.73s as well..I have 35s and my truck still rips like a rapped ape
