Clean filters and regular fluid changes are all you need to keep the 7.3 happy.

Rev-x is an additive to the oil. Most of the 6.0 liters love it because it helped with the stiction injector issues those had, but have heard mixed results when adding it to the 7.3's. but it won't hurt it.

Rancor Diesel fuel water separator is the popular one they can be had for around a hundred bucks, i got and Ingerson-rolland for fifty off of ebay. When i mean rev-x the hpop i mean pull the resevoir plug for the Hpop suck all the old oil out and put new oil in with rev-x this is best to do with a full oil change. here is a link REV-X in Ford PowerStroke Diesel - THE CORRECT WAY TO INSTALL - YouTube

Cool I'll do the rev x next time I change my oil..do you have a lunk for the seperators? And do they just help extend the life of my injectors?
