Power steering hose problem
So my uncle has a 2002 f250 he has replaced the pressure hose between the pump and hydro boost unit like 3 times they start leaking at the fitting on the pump end.1st two hoses were bought at ford and he bought this last one at o-rielies. I remember a truck at work about the same year that went though 2 of those hoses, we never did figure out what the cause of this problem was. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

It's a crummy fitting used which is why it leaks ,I just replaced mine cause the hose came out of the fitting ( one connected to the pump).
