Intercooler boiled and cleaned
I was a frustrated owner of a 2001 F-350 Powerstroke with new turbo, good injectors and every sensor replaced as well as gaskets. All of the stuff I kept putting into this truck it was still a dog and barely made it up a small incline unloaded. Well, just got my truck back tonight and wow, I stomped on it and was thrown back in my seat. I had my intercooler cleaned and was told by the guy who did it, it was the worse intercooler he had ever seen. I am so glad my truck is good now, the thing I want to say to anyone who has performance problems like no throttle response, poor power, and weird shifting, give consideration to having your intercooler cleaned by a pro. Just wanted to share that with anyone having issues. I don't mean to say other things won't contribute to those issues but after all the money I spent, the last $95 dollars was the best.
