No dash lights or parking lights.

Hey guys. Recently my parking lights and dash lights went out at the same time. I found that the #8 fuse under the hood was bad. I replaced it and my parking lights came back on, but my dash lights remained out. I've checked every other fuse and they are all good. Any place you guys would suggest I start looking? Probably just a short somewhere? Figured I'd check with y'all before I start digging in, in case it's a common problem or something. BTW it's an early 99
