Need Help!!!

I have half a tank of fuel in a truck I'm getting rid of and need it for my new truck. How can I drain the fuel out of the tank without putting a hole in the tank?

Can you put a hose on the fuel drain tube from drain valve on the the fuel filter bowl and turn the key on?

Grab a hose of some length, place it in the tank, put the end of the hose in a large container of some sort and drain the fuel by using gravity. You will have to get it started by creating a vacuum to get the diesel beyond the highest point. Once it's flowing, it will continue to flow until air bubbles eliminate the vacuum-like effect, so be ready.

I'm curious toward this method. Just pump until the low fuel light comes on?
