hpop question

so the dealership told me i have a oil leak coming from the hpop. and ive looked in there and there is oil in the valley. so i soaked all the oil up and checked back the next day and there was more. i was about to replace the orings and i was looking around but i dont see any oil leaking from the spots people say it usually leaks from. the only spot i can kinda see oil but not much its just residue is at the big circle on the back of the hpop with the circlip on it. does anyone know what this is? and are there anywhere else oil leaks from on these?

why waste time questioning it...it will cost you a few bucks..less than $10 if i remember...it is easy and quick to change and then move on.
